One week at the new job

I really have enjoyed my first week here. I have basically been sitting with the different partners on my team. Learning how to talk to the companies that I will be calling on soon.

I work in the city...did I mention that yet? I also got to go to the Yankees game on Wednesday night by myself. Jen wasn't feeling good, but is much better now.

I can say this has been the most eventful last month in my life second only to my marriage and move to the Northeast. A month full of ups and downs, but God has remained constant and faithful.

tonight I am off to the Davinci Code...hmm blasphemy...probably

Wow, you went to a Yankees game and still got to guy's prayer time? You're crazy :) I'll keep you in my prayers, though it seems you've got a firm grasp on what's important - that is, remaining fixed on God. As far as The Davinci Code, I'll probably see it when it comes out on DVD, but let me know how it is after you see it. Audrey Tatou is gorgeous, though I know you're not allowed to notice ;)

Hahaha....Oops the game was on Tuesday. Thanks for correcting me. Davinci Code was good but nothing more. IT had great characters, and a great intertwining of roles. It was slow at the beggining, and long. Interesting questions do come p though while you are watching it, that I actually went and found out for myself after the movie. I am not very frightened as to what this will do to the church. Little to no impact, but I am not sure why I think that...maybe just wishful thinking

I see the influence of this movie in the same way I predicted with the "The Passion of the Christ." A bunch of people blabbing about how much it will impact "the church" and "Christianity," but in the end, no one really cares...
